The Swiss Colony is a very bad mail order business. The minute you owe them some money they hound you and hound you for payment. They are NOT HAPPY WITH ONE MONTHLY PAYMENT — BECAUSE THEY WANT TWO! The latest letter I received from them is a letter that says: "I am writing to you on a personal note because my company and I care about your credit reputation. We have tried several times to let you know the consequences of your delinquent account. Your credit reputation is important in today's challenging world." ETC. ETC. ETC.
Ironically, I made a payment of $30 towards my "delinquent account" at the beginning of this month — and now, even though I have not ordered a thing from them in more than two (2) years! have been asked for more blood money! The customer service calls just go to The Phillipines and they are very annoying! Also, these customer service people do not solve problems. They just make things worse with their inefficiency and lack of cooperation. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!
Desired outcome: I WOULD LIKE 1) An apology and 2) no more threatening letters, or I will 1) file a complaint with the FTC, and 2) take them to Court for fraudulent business practices.
