The Swiss Colony review: Billing

This is a continuation of my complaint on order 571396607. On my credit card statement I found charge and credit for 172.05, plus three charges of 157.95, 431.13 and 477.75. I called to try and get invoice or similar of what went into charges and what has happened to credits. After being routed to multiple departments, I get a 1/2 inch pile of paper most of which were some form of my order 57139607 such as 49007127, 45023211, 51411385, 97010108 and the new order 57366990, and another extraneous order from an easter order. On the phone one person referred to a credit of $306.14 of which I have received no explanation and not appeared on my credit card statement. Why can't someone provide me with detail of what appears on my credit card statement? I thought future orders would be to another person only to realize that Wisconsin Cheeseman is just another name for Swiss Colony. To the best of my knowledge my adding and item value of 32.99, i am being billed an additional 124.99. (I think some of this is on second order shipping was charged and no credit of sales tax like on first order.) HELP.
