I was a member until 12/20/2022 when Swagbucks deactivated my account with a balance owed of about $130.00 mol. I contacted customer service and received a robotic response saying I had violated their terms of service (TOS). I responded back asking for specific violations with the same robotic response. I have researched this company and they seem to do the same to hundreds if not thousands of other people. This is dishonest and theft of my hard earned money. Swagbucks is owned by a company named Prodege. Any help you can give to get my money is greatly appreciated.
