Took my booking at 4.20, booked taxi for 5pm, all confirmed. But now it's been an hour and still no taxi. Tried calling them but no answer on the phones! What a bummer, I was really counting on them to get me to my destination on time. I don't know what's going on with Sussex Cars (726726.co.uk), but they need to get their act together. It's not cool to leave customers hanging like this. I hope they can sort out their issues soon, because I don't want to have to deal with this kind of hassle again.

This company, Sussex Cars (726726.co.uk), is just plain awful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, no matter what. They can't seem to get their act together and are always late. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I mean, seriously, how hard is it to show up on time? And when they do finally arrive, they don't even apologize for being late. It's like they don't care if they lose business. Well, guess what? They are losing business. I will never use their service again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid them at all costs.

To the management team at Sussex Cars (726726.co.uk), I have a message for you: learn to offer customer service and run a proper service or don't bother. It's as simple as that. If you can't do it right, then don't do it at all. Your customers deserve better than this. So, either step up your game or get out of the business.

I had a really bad experience with Sussex Cars (726726.co.uk) last night. I waited for what felt like forever, at least 40 minutes, and had to call them twice to see where my ride was. They were so rude to me and even lied about the waiting time, saying it would only be 15 minutes when it was clearly going to be much longer. And to top it off, they never answer the phone! It was a terrible experience and I definitely won't be using them again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I recently ordered a taxi from Sussex Cars (726726.co.uk) as I live up a set of stairs a few minutes away from their shop. I was hoping for a quick and easy ride, but unfortunately, I had to wait for 50 minutes before finding out that the taxi had already come and gone. I was standing outside the shop the whole time, but they didn't seem to notice me. They had told me it would take 30 minutes, but I guess they didn't think I would be outside waiting for them.

I hope that Sussex Cars can improve their customer service in the future, as I would like to give them another chance. However, if they continue to disappoint me, I will have to look for another taxi company to use.

So, I had a bit of a nightmare with another taxi company when I needed to arrange a ride for my daughter and her friends. They let me down big time, so I decided to give Sussex Cars a try. I called them up and they said they could send a car in just 30 minutes - not bad considering it was already past midnight!

They claimed they couldn't track the car because it was out of their usual service area, but then suddenly they could see it on the map.

Honestly, it felt like they were just making things up as they went along. I got the sense that they didn't really care about their customers - they just wanted to take our money and do the bare minimum to get the job done.

To make matters worse, this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with Sussex Cars. They let down one of my other daughters a few years ago, and I should have learned my lesson then.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend Sussex Cars to anyone. If you want a reliable, trustworthy taxi service, you're better off using Uber or another app-based provider.
