Transmission died on car traveling so it was brought to the closest Hyundai dealer, Nalley Hyundai. It's been 4 months and I've made multiple calls to Nalley Hyundai and corporate Hyundai, but I haven't received any response from either of them.

On April 4, 2022, I put down $1000 for a Hyundai Elantra that was coming soon. But on April 7, 2022, they told me that the car had already been sold before, so I asked for my money back. It's now May 9, 2022, and I still haven't gotten my deposit back.

We was sold a warranty that was suppose to cover anything to do with the car for 7 years
We was sold a warranty that was suppose to cover anything to do with the car for 7 years. I don't have the warranty we was sold. The warranty was suppose to cover anything maintence on the 2 cars we purchased except tires for 7 years. The General manager has been spoken to 3 times. The situation is still not fixed. I been told be the service manager Luke that he never seen any warranty like this.
I had a problem with my car from Nalley Hyundai
I had a problem with my car from Nalley Hyundai. There's a recall on it, and I let them know about the issue. My car won't start anymore, but I've been keeping up with all the necessary services like oil changes, transmission flushes, and tire changes. It's a 2012 Accent with less than *** miles on it! They won't give me a loaner car until they fix the engine, and they won't even transport my vehicle the 10 miles from my home (even though they handled the initial tow through my insurance). I own a business and I'm a single mother with two kids in different schools. I really need a solution right away.
I gave Nalley Hyundai $1000 for car repairs
I gave Nalley Hyundai $1000 for car repairs. My insurance covers the repairs, and they said I only needed to pay a $250 deductible to the dealership. But now, the dealership won't give me back the $750 I overpaid. The manager, ***, told me that the insurance still owes them money, so they used my payment to cover it. The insurance company says they asked for documents from the collision center, but they never received them to explain why they didn't pay the full amount. They called the dealership and asked *** what wasn't paid, but he wasn't sure. They can't figure out what money my insurance owes, but they won't refund my $750.
We took our Santa Fe to Nalley Hyundai in March to fix a small oil leak
We took our Santa Fe to Nalley Hyundai in March to fix a small oil leak. Three weeks later, the car broke down with my pregnant wife inside. I checked the oil and found it was very low, so I had it towed back to the dealership on April 27th. On May 20th, they called and said they needed approval to tear the engine down and send the cause of failure to the warranty company. I gave my consent, but a whole month went by without any updates. Finally, on July 1st, my wife visited the dealership and spoke to Chad, who promised to get the vehicle in that day to gather the rest of the information needed for the warranty company. Despite numerous attempts to reach someone, it wasn't until July 13th that I decided to call the warranty company myself. They informed me that they hadn't heard from the dealership since May 19th and were still waiting for their findings from the first time I gave consent to tear down the motor. It seems like the dealership lied about needing to tear it down further.
I already complained to this company
I already complained to this company. My car has been at the shop since May , and it's now November , but I still haven't received my car. I had to contact Hyundai's Customer Care and start a case because this dealership wasn't doing anything to get my transmission fixed. The Hyundai case manager I worked with even noticed the poor customer service at this location. After weeks of her trying to reach the dealership, she told me that they ordered the part in September, which is months after they told me they had already ordered it. They blamed the delay on COVID shortages, but they never actually ordered the part until I contacted Hyundai customer care and started a case. It's now November 17th, and I haven't heard from anyone at the dealership in months. So I called to find out what's going on, and *** told me that my car will be ready this Friday, in two days. I said okay. But then he called me back and had the audacity to say that since my car has been sitting at the dealership for the past 6 months, the battery is no longer good and I have to pay for a new one. This is the worst treatment I've ever experienced. These people don't care about their customers at all. It's absolutely ridiculous that they expect me to pay for a new battery when mine was perfectly fine when I brought it in.
I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from Nalley Hyundai @ Stonecrest in August
I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sonata from Nalley Hyundai @ Stonecrest in August . I had to pay for oil changes often and buy oil. My car wasn't leaking oil, but it was burning it. I went to the dealership on March 18th to ask about it after getting an oil service on March 2nd. I talked to Service Advisor *** who said I should do an Oil *** On April 15th, I got an oil change and talked to Service Advisor ***. He said I had to do three oil consumption tests before Hyundai would look into my car. On May 18th, I went for an oil change and the 1st *** On June 21st, I got another oil change and the 2nd *** Service Advisor *** said I didn't need to do the 3 tests anymore and that he would submit a ticket for the engine problem. He said it would take at least *** to get it resolved. I went to the dealership on July 16th ***Complimentary of Advisor *** J and August 5th ***Complimentary of Advisor *** F). The more I followed up, the less help I got. I contacted Hyundai c/s because no one from Nalley would reply to my emails, voicemails, or calls. Hyundai c/s said they didn't have a record of a ticket under my VIN, so they made a new ticket number on August 9th. A Hyundai supervisor called me and scheduled an appointment for my car to be looked at in the dealership shop on November 16th. I took my car for service and they said they don't do consumption tests or anything related to it anymore. I had to pay $155 for a diagnostic and my problem might not even be fixed. I talked to *** the manager and he suggested I stop putting oil in it and let it lock up. Then, I should have it towed and hopefully the warranty covers the issue.
