Suspension Connection Order placed on April 5th. 2023

I was forced to order new diff due to a vandalism claim through insurance. Insurance ended up saying the vehicle is not covered due to it being a mechanical break down. Ordered new parts recommended through the shop. and was sent the wrong part. Sent back the wrong part and ordered the new part.

ARB #RD102. Didn't receive the confirmation email for over a week. And I have yet to recieve the tracking number for said order. When I called the number asking where the my order is the rep said he had dropped the ball and forgot. I asked for compensation due to company error and was told not going to happen. And that my part is still pending and should arrive no later than the first week of May. I called the shop to verify they have also not recoeved the tracking number nor part.

Desired outcome: Compensation for employees and company mistake and my part to be delivered.

Suspension Connection Tuff Country 4" Lift Leaf Springs

Ordered a pair of rear leaf springs for my '84 CJ7. After waiting about 3 weeks for their arrival, and after removing one of my existing worn out springs in preparation to replace, found these new ones are not 4" lift as claimed. When set side-by-side with my old spring, this new one is about 1.5" shorter (not even close). Contacted their returns dept and shared the pic. They agreed to take them back, but only if I paid the return shipping and a 20% re-stocking fee. So they demand I be out about $75 to return a product that is not as advertised. Now they're ghosting me on attempts to argue the point.

Desired outcome: Full complete refund of what I paid plus they cover the return shipping.

Suspension Connection Didn't receive my order

I placed a order with suspension connection on 04/21/2021 order number 546316 for a Chevy left kit and as of 05/31/2021 still haven't received it I emailed [protected]@suspensionconnection.com on 04/22/2021 and on 04/23/2021 they told me we was looking at mid to late may for me to get my order and the ups or fedex would email me a tracking number but I havent received it and I tried to email them again and nothing I tried to call and noone answers

Suspension Connection Body mounts products never received

I place an on line order on 08/13/2020 for GMC Sierra Body mounts from the above company as of 08/24/2020 I didn't received my order or shipment confirmation. I call representative at 1-800-903-2760 my order # 520543 she said the order was not shipped . I requested a refund so she told me it would take 5 to 7 business days as of Wednesday 09/02/2020 no refund. My wife called the office number on Friday 09/04/2020 the line stay busy she called over 25 times. They are not opened on Saturday or Sunday and of course Monday was Labor Day. My wife send Email to Info@suspension.com and Returns@suspensionconnection.com NO responds as 09/08/2020 The phone line is still busy. My total cost was $114.88
and I want my refund because they are liars and fraud company. so I ordered the part from Amazon on 08/27/2020 and received my part on 09/02/2020 which my wife told me to do from the beginning
