Survey and Awards Program review: Dash cam award

Dear Sirs:

I completed this survey on Feb 7, 2022 and selected the dash cam as an award. I paid the shipping to HIGHLAND MANOR GOODS AND [protected] CA. The camera arrived without the required TF card or the USB cable. I overcame this with items I had on hand, but the camera still doesn’t work and appears to be a “Chinese knock-off.” I don’t think I will pay another shipping fee for another defective camera. However, I did enter another good report on this survey if it registers.
