Supra Cleanse review: Company charged me for $99.99 without my notice ( 81 comments)

I ordered Supra Cleanse 350 and it was free trial. The company still didn’t deliver it, but they already took some fraudulent charge from me. I haven’t subscribed for any further orders or trials, and I have no idea for what they took $99.99 from my account. As well as they never informed me about this charge. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

I ordered face cleanse from the company Supra Cleanse. I needed to pay only for postage of two products, which was about $10. After I provided them payment, the seller didn’t deliver my order and didn’t reply to my emails. Also the seller charged my account twice, and he took $200. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I have the same issue as you and I have been charged for AUD$420 for Garcinium and Supracleanse 350. What they basically do is taking away your money from your account every 15 days. And if you go back to the website and have a look of the last bit of the page, you can see a very small "Terms & Condition" button. Click in and you can see that you are assumed to agree ordering a new bottle in original price automatically IF you do not send cancellation email to the company within 14 days your first order has been made. I have sent them the cancellation e-mails but no reply came back from them. I did not receive anything from supracleanse and the Garcinium that I have received arrived more than 14 days after order had been placed. I assumed it is from the US, but the package came from China! I cancel my bank card and acc and applied for a dispute and now my acc is under investigation. I hope I can get back at least part of the money:(

I am livid and cannot speak to anyone at Supracleanse and they have not responded to my emails. Its a disgrace who the hell are these people ripping people off!" I have not received ANY products from them and I am nearly £400 out of pocket of my hard earned money and now very skint! DO NOT ORDER ANY! What can I do?

The same thing happened to my boyfriend and I. THIS IS A NIGERIAN SCAM based out of the Netherlands. Garcinium.com and Supracleanse350.com will charge you an initial small shipping fee and then they will bill you $99 per month per item if you do not cancel. The phone numbers do not apply. - here is the information to cancel, Garcinia Marketing Services Ltd. doing business as Garcinium.A customer may withdraw his or her consent for collection, use and disclosure at any time by sending an email to optout@garcinium.com
Cancellation is effected by one of the two methods indicated below:
A. Send an email to cancellations@garcinium.com and indicate your name, address, email address and request cancellation;
B. Call the customer service line at and provide your name, address, email address and request cancellation. (Doesn't work.)
The same applies to Garcinia or Garcinium.com and Supracleanse350.com. They are the same fraudulent company.
Write to cancellations@supracleanse350.com and optout@supracleanse350.com
Call VISA or Mastercard and put an alert on these companies and refuse to pay any future payments.

Both companies have taken money from me when i have not agreed to them taking money. i have also emailed both companies and have not received any reply. It is now my bank that are dealing with the problem. I am livid! How ever i have found out if you ordered the free trial, this automaticly subscribes you for a monthly subscription. So the companies will keep taking money each month, if it is not cancelled. Make sure your banks are aware of the problem they have investigate and stop money from being taken. I have sent numerous emails to the following to cancel, and are still awaiting respones--- cancellations@garcinium.com optout@supracleanse350.com and cancellations@supracleanse350.com.

If anyone has any luck post how you cancelled

Guys I got the same problem with that people. I sent email and tried to call the customer service with no luck. My solution, I called my bank, cancelled my credit card and got a new one, talked to dispute dep. and made them marked as scammers. banks should have the option to ban and mark this kind of people.

I ordered these products a few days ago online. Of course, I looked them up the day after and realized this is a massive scam. I have only been charged the $2.99 for each of the trials. I notified my credit card and they said there is nothing they can do until after they've charged me an amount I did not agree to. I'm basically just waiting for them to change my credit card because I know they will again. I have written both cancellation and opt out emails and I am hoping because I did that within 14 days that they will not charge my credit card at all. Has anyone who has written to those emails gotten a response? Or do the cancellation emails actually work?

I did not receive anything, and certainly not within 14 days! I followed up with a "reminder" email regarding the 14 day cut off to: 'support@garcinium.com'; and 'support@supracleanse350.com' a week after my initial order was made. There was no reply (still no reply). I called my bank immediately and cancelled my card after investigating further by visiting Google for reviews on the products. There are SO many complaints about these two products. I was a fool to trial the order, but it seemed legit as most would agree. Its a TRAP and these people are SCAMMERS! They have stolen from us and should have to repay every cent!

My gosh - the same thing happened to me as well.I live in Sydney They took $109.00 AU from my account without giving me the chance to reply as to whether I was happy with the product as it states that you must reply within 14 days if not happy and I was even given the chance - mind you it took almost a month to receive - and just as I received it they took the money from my card - I didn't even get to trial it before they took the money - I have sent numerous emails and do you think anyone will reply - It also states if you are not 100% happy you can return the remaining product and get a full refund - WELL no one will reply to me - I am not Happy and wish to return and get a refund ! It is definitely a scam and unfortunately we all fell into the trap ..I have advised my credit card company and also have now cancelled in case they try to take more money ! I bought mine as it was advertised through DR OZ I thought I was safe ...obviously NOT!

I didn't do my research on this company until AFTER I hit the submit button for the trial offer for both supracleanse and the garcinium. Literally, within 5 minutes of buying into this "risk free trial offer", just pay $2.99 each for S/H, I was on the phone with my bank and immediately cancelled my credit card. They were fully aware of the horror stories about this company. I then proceeded to send out 6 different emails to : support@, cancellations@ and optout@. I was told I would receive the products within five days. I have yet to receive anything...and I hope I don't! I finally received one response from optout@supracleanse

"We received and processed your cancellation request.

Please note that you will no longer be eligible to receive any further SupraCleanse 350 Program Benefits.

All the best,
SupraCleanse 350 Customer Service Team

I haven't heard from Garcinium. I don't know what will happen with the trial offer bottles...but I know I was lucky to have cancelled the CC immediately so that they cannot take any money from me.

My recommendation to you all is to immediately cancel the credit card you use.
Good luck to you all.

This is a horrible scam, there is no way to get in contact with these people and if you're expecting a response or your money back, forget about it. It is gone. I have experienced the same and I am so angry but there is nothing you can do Except go to your bank cancel your cards and alert them to this. I have tried emailing on all their given addresses but I have received no reply and none of my money back.

I also signed up for the free trial for both items (about three weeks ago), they arrived yesterday, and when I logged into my bank account to pay an electricity bill this morning, I found that Garcinia had taken out $109.99AUD. I've worked out that SupraCleanse hasn't been able to take the money out because now I don't even have $50 in my account... I've emailed them both, but I think instead of waiting for a reply or any action I'm just going to cancel my card and get reissued another one (wearing the $10 reissue fee - for being sucked in).
Good luck everyone!

They did it to me as well. The trial which is supposed to reach me in 5 days arrived after 2 weeks. I did not even have the chance to take a single tablet within the trial period and I was bill £89.99. 2 weeks later. I informed my bank and they said they will stop any payment to them. 2 weeks later, I was billed £89.99 again under a different name.
Beware, they used supracleanse, coloncleanse, bodycleanse etc to take money from your account. My first bill was under supracleanse, 2nd bill colonclease, 3rd bill bodycleanes. Thieves!

Same here, have a look at the terms and conditions they have sent on confirmation of order. It clearly states that international orders have extended trial period by 7 days, due to longer postage times.
I sent cancellation on day 15, they charged me for 1 of the 2 on day 14, I cancelled by cc so not to be charged for the seccond, although I am not sure now how I will get a refund back to my cc- that is of course if they agree.
I have had some correspondence from them- finally- I am disputing the charge and have clearly outlined a few of the terms in terms and conditions, stating that they have failed to meet their obligations.
Will see how it goes, it is a lot of money and worth disputing people, this simply should not be allowed to happen.
I would also like to point out that I have received one of the products- which I have been charged for, the other they are trying to get me to confirm address so they can re-send- AS IF!
I have not used the product, and dont think I will, I am so disgusted.

I received my visa and was charged 2.99 twice and then days later charged 99.99 twice, I had not even received my samples. I have sent emails and tried calling, but have yet to get a response. I was scammed and learnt a valuable lesson. Doesn't sound like I will get my money back. If I don't receive anything by next week, visa said I can file a dispute. Hope this prevents others from getting caught in the same situation.

I placed an order for the Supra Cleanse 350 but I didn't
read the terms and conditions because I didn't see them
because they were so small. I have now. I have sent a cancellation
email to support, opt-out and cancellation emails also
phoned the number but have had no reply. I have cancelled
my MasterCard so they cannot take anymore. They had already
taken $5.99. I'm glad I got onto it quickly. DO NOT PURCHASE.

I have the same ###ing issue! (I do not usually swear, but this is an only exception!)
When I first realised they charge nearly $100 from my bank account, i immediately called them. They kept talking about their ###ing misleading terms and conditions, and promised to cancel my account. 15 days later, they charge an other amount of $100 from my bank account. I called again, ask them to send me their stupid terms and conditions so that I can read it again and if possible, bring this issue to consumer affairs. But they did not send me any email!
I am so upset and afraid they will STEAL my monney again!
And I am suprised that lots of people have the same ###ing issue, what are all the lawyers out there doing?
Someone please do something to stop them stealing our money! I am trying to do something to!

how can they get away with this?
each month the name on bank statement is slightly different so manages to get through even when blocked, i have just spent another hour on the phone to my bank to get the latest payment stopped, this time they said they would refund me, but not for the other 3 months

good luck everyone. wendybad

It seems there are lots of us that have been taken in by this unscrupulous "company". I sent for the free trials of Garcinia and Colon Cleanse and the postage was taken out of my account, but before I received them. I then discovered that £89.99 had been taken from my bank for Garcinia and a few days later another £89.99 for Colon Cleanse. Unfortunately I didn't notice these transactions at the time. I then rang them (twice) and left messages and followed that up with three messages to them on their website and so far nothing. I have even threatened legal action and fraud investigation but I don't suppose that will faze them. Companies that operate like this have no morals or conscience and obviously don't care about other decent people. My bank have now put a "stop" on any further attempts by them to help themselves to any more of my money! I have to say though "too little too late"! So sorry for all of you out there who have been scammed like this. I will NEVER fall for anything like this again!
