SupermarketItaly.com review: Horrible communication

Had a large delivery dropped off at my house beginning of November 2025. The box was clearly run over by a vehicle of sorts. Most everything was ruined in some way. Pastas, crackers, cookies, bottles of bath lotions were smashed open and half empty. I had a dented expensive 3L olive oil and various canned goods dented but not leaking. Still waiting for some sort of satisfaction for the $140.00 mess I was left. Support was difficult to understand. I was not aware this was not a store but a website. I have bought from Supermarket Italy for years. That ends now.
