My husband went to get car wash at the Murrieta location off of Murrieta Hot Springs & they asked if he wanted to do the membership & he declined at the time which was in September 2024. In reviewing our bank acct we had been charged every month starting at $22 then went up to $29. We went to the car wash & sw an employee. While standing there he brought up the membership & I can see all of our info. I asked if a signature was required for membership & was told no. I was told that they got our info from the license plate #. I looked at the screen & it contained, license plate#, vin#, email & license plate#. Not once did we ever get an email until we just cancelled membership.
