Super Shine Services review: Asking for payment

I applied for the Data entry job from 'SUPER SHINE SERVICES' last week [protected]) and submitted the required documents Aadhar card photo, and they recorded the verification call and after that, I signed a digital agreement. In the verification call, they said that out of 1000 forms, 900 forms should be correct, if not then have to pay Rs.3400 as admin charges. I agreed with that. I have started working. Assigned work have completed with more than 90% accuracy within the assigned date. After completing the work, I texted the number for informing completion of the work, but they already blocked me on Whatsapp. There is no reply from them. I called them but the number is not reachable.

On May 30th I got an email from "[protected]@gmail.com" saying that I need to pay Rs.3400 for not completing the work with 90% accuracy. But I have cross-checked the data that I have filled, everything looks perfect.

I got a call from the name as Legal Department. They said I should pay the amount before 3 pm, but I received the email at 12:48 pm. If I fail to pay the amount they will submit the case file with their senior advocate through court and send me the legal notice to pay more than Rs.15000.

I contacted the verification department, and they said that "We are a verification department so we can't do anything. And said we'll reach out to another department to call back". After that no calls and no messages from them.

The following message was sent by the Legal Department,

'YOUR ARE UNABLE TO PAY THE CHARGES EVEN AFTER SIGNING THE CANTRACT. COMPANY CAN PROCEED LEGALLY UNDER INDIAN CANTRACT ACT, 1872. SO CLEAR THE CHARGES TO AVOID ANY LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. ALL PROCESSEDINGS WILL BE PROCESSED IN SATARA (MH) REGARDS, SUPER SHINE SERVICES.'
