I was told by the night charge nurse, Laura, on Wednesday April 23rd 2025 that she would write an email to the Director Tiffany, but Tiffany never called me or came to my room, 3618, now I am not being allowed to speak with her at all. Right now it is 2:54 pm Friday April 25th 2025.
This is my documentation from Wednesday night.
Tonight is Wednesday 9:12 pm April 23, 2025. The Nurse is Lisa (never worked with her before), the Charge Nurse is Laura. I have been having problems with the night shift nurses for some reason. I believe that it is because there isn't as much supervision as a normal business day. This corrupt behavior happens on holidays, weekends, and night shift.
Besides not doing bedside shift report, I pressed the call button for Nurse Lisa at 8pm for pain medication. CNA Courtney answered the call light and said that she would relay the message to Nurse Lisa.
At 8:30pm CNA Courtney came to update the board in my room. The CNA asked if Nurse Lisa came in yet, and I said no. Nurse Lisa didn't come in my room until 8:55 pm. Nurse Lisa gave me clonozopam and oxycotton. I also asked for the meletoin but she said that she will bring it later. She did not give me a time or a reason why. After she gave me the two medications I asked her if I could just take the melotoin now so I could get sleepy early. Nurse Lisa got verbally upset and angrily said that she has other patients to give medication to. I said ok, I wasnt trying to make her angry.
Once she left my room, I call the hospital main line [protected] and asked the operator to transfer me to Charge Nurse Laura. I told the Charge Nurse what happened. The Charge Nurse said that pain medication and melitoin is given a hour a part so that it doesnt depress my nervios system. But the day before yesterday Nurse Lisa S. that only applies to benzos and pain pills.
I asked the Charge Nurse if she could transfer me to the Director Tiffany's voice mail. I was told by the Charge Nurse that Tiffany will return in the morning and that she will send her an email to come to my room.
