Sunland was honest to their estimate, professional and dependable from beginning to end of roof project. The owner Paul stopped by during the day while crew was working to see if I had any questions. I'm very impressed with Sunland Roofing and the roof replacement is top notch! If you want your roof done right the 1st time, I highly recommend SDC- Sunland Roofing.

Couldn't be happier. Paul from Sunland Development gave me a reasonable quote and followed through with everything he promised in a very efficient and professional manner. The crew members were prompt, reliable, friendly and extremely hard working. They picked up the work area and left the property neat and clean at the end of each day. Overall I was very satisfied.

We actually watched his team replace our neighbor's roof a year ago and were very impressed with them then. When Paul came to give us our quote, we were even more impressed. We got a new underlayment on our roof using existing tile. Sunland Development Corporation - Roofing Division was able to match a few new tile pieces to our old existing tile to where you don't notice (due to some tiles were cracked). They were professional from 1st call to end of roof replacement. It truely was a great experience! I used Paul Halmrast/Sunland Development for a new roof several years ago and was happy with them in every way. SDC Roofing did a roof replacement on my friends house. I'm so impressed with this companies professionalism and work ethic skills that I'm doing a review for them. Working in the construction trades as a woman I was appalled by what I saw go on (on the job sites).
