Sun International review: Gaming

On Monday 24th of February 2020 i booked at the Wildcoast Sun.
My name is Vinesh Harrypersadh.
I am a prive player and i have been a member since the last two decades.
Whilst playing tables, baccarat, at the opening of the table the dealer began to shuffle the cards and thereafter placed them down, the manager in his black suit approached the table picked up the deck and began to shuffle it himself. This lead to a complete bust of the game and upon requesting his details he had made a fuss and refused to provide any information. All the players made a big deal as the manager was not allowed to just shuffle for the dealer as it was a hand shuffle and not a machine shuffle. This is day light robbery. Is this a way for sun international to cheat players. Is this a strategy of wild coast or sun international?
