Sun International review: Accommodation , gaming and everything else was a total mess up

checked in on Monday 24 February 2020 at WildCoast Sun room 324.. As the main reason and attraction the gaming Floor is what I was there for however we did have kids with which I will come back to later. The bath and toilet smelled horrible just as did room 138 who I had other family members stay at. On arrival there were already issues on the Gaming floor with cards not working and machines freezing. I did however kill my time playing bingo. I did gamble and dine out later the evening. After this was the terrible sight and feel of what's become of the kids gaming sextion. Boring and to make it worse no staff assisting and when they did they were rude. While on this note of rude my first contact at checking in wasn't the most pleasant. "PLEASE ASK THOSE AT THE FRONT DESK WHO ARR CHECKING GUESTS IN TO BE POLITE, FRIENDLY, ATTENTATIVE, HELPFUL AND PUT ON A SMILE". I really felt like getting out of there. I was a cash paying guest and not a free stay. The casino floor was closed completely from 4@m on Tuesday morning the 25 February 2020 and only got back running late that evening. Totally unnaceptable. My point being I was most frustrated and disspointed that I paid to come to that. There was no management who got there to explain to us guests who were packing up outside the casino entrance. We ate at spur and was unable to use points due the systems being down. The manager should have got out and addressed everyone. I spent most of my stay being angry, upset and very disoriented because of the poor communication of which was none. Wasted my time as I took off from work to enjoy a few days of what I tjougj y would he enjoyable. Most horrifying time ever. Shame and discrace to Sun International. What do we get for complaining or addressing this at Wildcoast?
Answer is simple " Absolutely nothing because I tried along with other guests only to be told the manager will come out or unfortunately we can't do anything. Paid for a wasted damn time. Gambling and losing is fine but not being robbed of time and service for when we paid to receive a proper stay.
