I bought Platinum bullion Coins from the website www.suissegold.ch. I sent the payment, but the seller didn’t provide any confirmation information. After 3 months, only half of my order arrived. I left several messages on the website, and asked to provide other part of my order, but the seller only promised, but did nothing. Please leave comments and share your views about this website. Thanks.
On 30.04.2020, I ordered 25x10g PAMP gold bars, and after aprox. 60 days I got 5 bars of 10g (50g total). As in your case, the contact person (who call himself/herself "James") kept promising he will send the gold "next week".
Now, on 27.07.2020, 88 days later, I still don't have the gold I bought.
