Substack Disappointing Customer Service Experience

As someone who values prompt and effective customer service, my experience with Substack left me extremely disappointed. Despite reporting a critical bug multiple times that was affecting my reach to listeners, the lack of response from their support team was disheartening. The AI bot's promises of looking into the issue never materialized, leaving me feeling neglected and unheard. This level of disregard for user concerns is unacceptable, and it's clear that customer service is not a priority for Substack. As a result, I have made the decision to move away from their platform in search of better support and reliability.
