I purchased a demo Peugeot a week ago and was due to collect it today the 6th dec. I got there and I was told they where just finishing of the clean. I was called in to say it was ready. I start to just have a look around the car and there was a 10-15cm scratch on the bonnet. And in the car every cup holder had a lot of crumbs and dirt in them, there was grass in the boot and none of the leather seats where clean. Which was very surprising to me as I had paid for the paint protection and the leather. So clearly none of this had been done.
If I hadn't of said anything the dealership was going to let me drive it away like this. I was told the car had 5300klm on it and when I got there it had 5900.
They said they will clean the car ASAP and if I wanted to come back in 30min, so I left I rang my husband upset and he said we are canceling it as we didn't trust anything they said they had done. The contract that we signed was not what we were given.
I had gone there this morning to collect my brand new car. I was sssooo excited, I had to get an Uber home extremely upset.
The worst service ever. We did get an email a couple of hours later with a discount offered, but I said no discount will fix what I have dealt with today. I'm so very upset.
