Yesterday February 02 2026, I booked an appointment with Sarah Reath for Feb 03 2026, I looked up the address and the address was very misleading and I couldn’t find the place of the appointment, I contacted her several times before the appointment to confirm where the address was exactly, she never responded. I made every effort to attend the appointment and to communicate with her, but received no reply or service and yet payment was still taken from me.

Claimed loss: I have lost 325 dollars

Desired outcome: Please I would like a refund
