I took my Car in for service in October 2020 at Strictly VW and also changed brakes. In December when I wanted to change 1 of the tyres I noticed that there was no key to remove the Locknuts. When I phoned the company that was conducting the service and brakes change they confirmed it is there. Since I stay in Port Elizabeth not East London where the company is I had to find other means to remove the locknuts so that I can change the tyre as I was about to drive long distance. I took the Car to Tavcor VW to remove the lockNuts and it costed me R211. 60 I kept the invoice to claim back the money with strictly VW since it was not my fault that they did not put back the key of the locknut. March 2021 I went back to Strictly VW to fetch the Locknut and submitted the invoice of the removal of nut by TavcorVW motor group in Port Elizabeth. I was told the manager is not there I will recieve a call. I waited weeks passed, nothing. I did a follow up they told me they know nothing about the claim. The guy at the reception told me to wait again they will call me back, I told me to give me the manager's number he refused. I ended up waiting again for another weeks. Time passed, no call no nothing. In June I tried to do the follow up again the guy by the reception told me that the manager said they will not pay me back my money. How does one handle this?

Desired outcome: I want my money to be paid back to me
