E-Max review: Mi 43 inch led tv 1

I visited Quikrindia to get mi led tv, then contacted e-max sales manager 'Ahmed Rahman'
He asked 14000 INR for TV and sent the account details.i credited through neft from my wife's account.
But, now he asked additional amount for delivery, and the TV not yet received yet
How can I spare?
Please do the best or refund the money
