My phone wasn't working. I only had wifi calling no data. Straighttalk through text said they were "migrating" my service. Didn't let me know how long it would be or nothing else. After 3 calls they finally got it fixed. Over 5 hours on the phone, or computer. There were 6 days left on my monthly service but they refuse to replace my month. They offered me a week of service! What a crock!
Desired outcome: I want my month of service. It's not too much to ask for. They are at fault here.
