Steve Creason Roofing review: Roof

I asked Mr. Creason to put a metal roof on my house 5 years ago. At the time, I thought he did a great job. Now the wind has pulled up the metal roof and the screws aren't holding anything down because they were too short. I had stains on my ceiling from leaks on the roof. I called Mr. Creason and he came out and caulked the areas that were leaking the first and second times. When I called the third time, he sent me a text saying he had a crushed ankle. Ok, I can understand he can't come out right away. Weeks later, I called him and said I needed to talk to him. He never returned my call. I turned the damage into my insurance company and I also got a roofing inspector to look at my roof. They both said the problem was mechanical, that the person that installed it didn't do it correctly. I sent a text to Mr. Creason with the insurance's response and pictures of the problems with my roof. I asked him to make good on his work and I have heard nothing from him. Now I have to have both roofs removed and put a new one on, which is very expensive for a 71 year old who is still working to pay for this.
