Stellar and/or Digital River review: Stellar toolkit for outlook purchased thru digital river

Apparently Digital River is the customer support contact for the stellar product listed in enclosed document #1 which is also listed as the refund company. Document 1 is a copy of the invoice from Digital River in Minnetonka, MN. We have tried to get adequate support for this product. We have multiple emails attached sent and received from support and as stated in these emails have not been successful. We have requested a refund from Stellar and as you can see in the emails has been nonresponsive and failed to discuss.

We tried to contact the seller info listed in a PayPal document #2 attached and apparently is not the right phone number or email address listed. As stated in the documents the Stellar software did not work and the support staff was not educated on it in our opinion. We are requesting a refund on said product.
