Today 15/09/2021 at 17H55 I ordered (order 152) combo dbl rack & med chips (R232.90) at Steers Toatal Umhlanga as takeaway. Cashier who also dispatched my order was Dlamini Njabulo, invoice 534830.
When I arrived home I was shocked to see that I was given a Wacky Wednessday. I subsequently called their number [protected]. Was referred to the manager Amith who admitted the mistake but informed that he could not rectify it and if I return it, the store could not reimburse my fuel.
He bluffed me by saying should I be around their restaurant I should come to him and he will give me the correct order. But refused to give me his number should it happen that he is not on duty by then.
This is gross poor service I ever received and corrective measure should be implemented
