Steak 'n Shake - missing items from order

Went through drive through tonight and got two of the 4 for 4 meals. Me and my 3yr old son get home to find they did not put our cookies for our meals in our bag. This isnt the first time this has happened here. My son was looking forward to getting his cookie for a dessert. It seems like this happens more often than none. Wish employees would pay attention to customers orders.
