On the pay period of 12/11/22 I was under paid by 30 hours (@10.50/hr.) becuase I was clocked in for my 2nd shift for 2pm. -8pm. And wasn't aware I had to clock out at 5pm and right back in as 3rd shift (never had to do that before) and when I asked the boss she informed me that Starlite had to send it off to the state for dispute and I still heard anything back at all about then.
I was also supposed to get paid again today for another biweekly pay period of 11/25/22 - 12/09/22 of 34 more hours that I was told it would also have to be disputed with the state because their clock in/out system would not work so I informed the Boss lady (Mrs. Wanda Ada) and she said she understood and would take care of it but did not receive a check at.
So from previous experiences with this Company I fear that I will not be compensated for my time and efforts expended.
