Starde Fareast Ltd review: European lock mortise entrance handles

Hi my Name is Nick Rimbas.
I purcased the mortice lock from the wish website and it was delivered on time to me.I hired a carpenter to install the lock and there were problems with the lock.
1 - The lock would not work properly.It would not lock.
2 -The key barrel had to much movement when turning and was faulty.
The carpenter told me to contact the company where you purchased the lock from and ask them to issue you with a new mortice lock and return the mortice lock i have back to them.
I then tried to do that, i went on the wish website and i was typing my problems that i had with the lock to the wish agent.She told me she would get intouch with the company to fix this problem.
I have not heard from no one regarding this matter.I have tried to communicate with the wish agents about this matter, and still no communication is returned.Its been six days since this matter was discussed, i havent heard nothing, i have a door i cant lock and i want answers.Either return my money or send a new lock, simple.
