Scammed me for £49.50
Basically like any other person I was searching for a loan and I came across Star Loans Ltd. I received a letter with a form to sign but the form did not look formal so I threw it away. But a few days after I checked my bank account an saw that I was over withdrawn £47.97 so I called my bank and apparently this company Star Loans Limited has taken £49.50 out of my account without authorization or my permission.
But what puzzled me is that I did not send the letter back to them or anything and I was shocked that they can go into my account without my permission. I am only 19 and I am shocked.

Yes I applyed for a loan but star loans didnt tell me they were chargin me 67 pound I didnt want a up front fee plus they didnt tell me that I cant beleave they done it I want my money back plus they didnt find me a loan antways HELP mrs j stevens I need answees
Star loans Ltd .com are different to starloans.co.uk starloans.co.uk have been kind enough to supply an address for people to complain and ask for a refund.

i have just checked my account, and have notice that star loans have taken £63- 69 from my account, and i have not even had a loan from them. I am at this time going to bring this to the attention of the police, and stop them going to my account to take any urther payments. I want this money replaced in my account and for star loans to pay for any charges on my account.
I too have been scammed by this company referred it to the trading standards and also the financial conduct authority, am looking at taking the matter to court now, and would be willing to apply for anyone else who has been scammed by this company and do on big claim against them, if you are wanting your money back from this company, please make contact with me at cabbiedaz74@sky.com, and I will also claim back. I am a genuine person with a big grudge against star loans, and feel that United we can stop this from going on.

I was sent a text offering me a loan and decided to have a look, I put in how much I would like to borrow and this company came up I gave them some details but never went ahead with anything the next day my account was £67.88 lighter due to STAR LOANS, I phoned them said they would return £62.88, that was five days ago still no refund if this is not back in my account by Monday morning I will be contacting the police fraud squad, the ombudsman, and anyone else that will listen, may I also add I have a friend who works for a national newspaper and I shall be contacting her and I'm sure she will help me anyway possible
I am a single parent and have had money took out my account today I can not buy food for my son its a disgrace thiefs
i was just looking for aloan and just looking and they advised to ask me for my card details advised would not take out the money now but upto 60days the first day i put money in my bank they took it it was for my mortgage i had a shortfall i never took the money i never had the money and i dont want it -why canthey take money out of my account without agreeing or getting a loan -they never answer phone keep saying 15th in queue even after 45mins -not answered any letter or email WHY WHY are they still in business
