We Purchasedand paid for 5 Vehicles From Star Japanco Ltd,Casa Mochida 301,1-26-2 Ohanajaya Katsushika-Ku,Tokyo 124-0003 in January this Year.
The goods including Shipping were paid for in full but have not been shipped.we have tried to contact th CEO Lee Roberts but he does not reply.I am concerned as we need to get these vehicles shipped.Can you help or is ther some other Department that i can Contact

Claimed loss: we are loss of €28000

Desired outcome: Either a refund or have the cars shipped to us
