**You won't believe the response to the email I send concerning my experience there. It contains foul language therefore I don't feel that I should post it here, but their exact words to my complaint were: "I don't give a Sh**. and it was signed, The Management. I will NEVER EVER shop at this establishment. I went there on a Monday and apparently they reserve the right to make their own hours on Mondays. Which is fine, I peeked in the store window and had every intention to return another time until a man rushed to the door and spoke to me as if I were an idiot. This was a horrifying experience. When asked, he stated that he was one of the "owners". He scared the daylights out of my children with his condescending tone (yelling at me and referring to me as "Hey Lady", and was just downright rude, and acted as though he could not be bothered. I explained that I would take my business elsewhere and he completely lost his temper. The story is too long to elaborate on but I can tell you this, being a trained quality assurance monitor I know their business will suffer if they continue to treat potential customers this way. A star rating of one is GENEROUS.
