I went to SLEC for a supposed to be simple blood extraction. First time ever the most painfull extraction I had. That night i can feel more pain and cant move property, after 2days I cant totally move my left arms anymore due to severe sharp pain with electric shock feeling whenever i straighten it. I decided to go to emergency hospital firt VRP they put arm sling and prescribed pain meds and said its possible phlebitis then referred me to St lukes BGC ER, they used ultrasound if theres possible blood cloth and none. The doctor said no need to do the other test VRP wrote and observe 5 days if the pain wont go i should go back and they will do other procedures.

This was supposed to be a simple medical blood extraction before I migrate to USA. When I got back to SLEC to get my medical result for US embassy i passed and discussed with them

What happened to my arms. Long story shot, they made me back and forth to Slec, st lukes bgc, st lukes QC, and I have to cover all cost first. They did reimbursed all procedures, meds and transportation cost but you have to keep reminding them about it.

I had to see neurologist and physical therapy doctor because of the severe pain. 2 weeks (3x a week physical therapy) at st lukes QC. Pain is tolerable but whenever i stretch my arms you will feel and hear something is moving inside and even the physical thepist can feel that pulse whenever i move my arm. Instead of enjoying my remaining time with my family in the province which i cant because i have to go back and forth with them many times and the 2 weeks physical therapy.

I have been asking st lukes to discuss with me how should we proceed with future expenses for check ups and procedures once I'm already in America and told them we shoukd have at least written agreement they will shoulder that. Their patient relations manager told me they never do that. I told them the whole incident was a huge inconvenience and trauma on my part and they wont even offer to compensate you for moral damages they did and wont agree to shoulder future expenses until my arms is fully recovered.

They wont even assist me before. They only started assisting me when i got tired going back and forth to all their sites and I was asked to wait 2weeks i think for one of test they need in my arms. I told SLEC REP if they can help me get prioritized because I'm in pain and the only reason why I cant leave Philippines yet is because of my arms therapy and follow up check ups to neurologist and PT doctor. I told them its easier to ask help from a lawyer than them knowing I am the victim.

The next day 3 of their employees, a doctor, patient relations manager and another one have been calling me. They offered a back and forth service but just once.

Now that I have been sending follow ups with them on whom can we talk to discuss mu case, they wont respond anymore and just seen my messages.

Passing my medical exam should me a celebration for me and my family but instead what st lukes gave me is trauma. If they wont talk to me then as my personal experience and trauma with them, i will share my honest experience to everyone so they can take precautions.

Good thing I am planning to start vlogging and this would be a great topic to share my honest and personal experience on how they traumatized me and now ignoring me.

If its your family member in my shoe, what would you do? I just hope and pray what happened to me wont happen to your loveones.

Desired outcome: Discuss ASAP and if you dont like to own your mistake and give written agreement to cover all my expenses and meds for my arms even if I am already in america then st lukes should have offered a compensation for damage.
