Pressure washers direct (pressurewashersdirect.com) is a website that sells pressure washers and accessories. I recently purchased a pressure washer pump from them, but I was disappointed with the price. It was overpriced compared to other websites that sell the same brand name pump. I decided to return it out of principle alone.

After some research, I found the same brand name pump with 1000 more psi, same gpm, and it included the unloader, thermal relief valve, and the general pump quick connect kit for $100 less and free shipping! I couldn't believe it. I found my new pump from Toolbarn.com.

The first picture is my $100 less, 1k psi more, free shipped, Toolbarn pump. The second picture is the Pressure washer direct pump. As you can see, the Toolbarn pump is a much better deal.

I was disappointed with my experience with Pressure washers direct. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal on a pressure washer pump.

I bought the TriKleener and a pressure washer from Pressure Washers Direct. The TriKleener was supposed to be great, but it didn't work at all like they said it would. I was really disappointed. The shipment arrived quickly on July 14, 2021, but unfortunately, the packaging was damaged. I was disappointed to see that some of the parts were also damaged. I immediately took pictures of the damaged packaging and parts and contacted the customer service team on July 16. According to their email, they promised to get back to me within 1-2 days, but unfortunately, that did not happen.

I was able to speak to two humans over the phone in a month, and one person via chat. One of them asked me to provide pictures and a label, and later asked for the engine number. The second individual told me that the engine number was wrong and asked me to provide all the pictures again, along with the picture of the engine number. I stayed on the phone with him until he confirmed that he had received the email and all the pictures he needed.

Last week, I received two packages from Pressure Washers Direct, but to my surprise, neither of them contained the replacement parts for the damaged ones. When it arrived, the box was barely held together with just two pieces of tape. The metal parts had scratches on them and the bubble wrap around other parts had been stripped away. While I understand that UPS delivered it, I've received many deliveries from them before and have never received something in such poor condition. It's not their job to repackage a shipper's laziness, but it's frustrating nonetheless.
