Rude services after collected money
Recently i had applied for a maid from Sri Nadin Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, the sales agent helped to process my application named kei kei, who seems to be long served employee there. At first everything seems fine, she gave us the impression that the Filipino maid will come after CNY, so after CNY i made called to her few times throughout 2 weeks, she keeps telling will call back, but i did not received any feedback, until i called her again to tell i need to know the status at least, she suddenly became so rude and said the contract is not out yet and she cant do anything, for a layman, i don't understand what is mean by contract not out, when i need further clearence again she said will call me back, i frankly commented her that she never call me back as she promised earlier, and i just need to know the status and roughly when the maid can come, not intended scolding her for late arrival of the maid. She suddenly scolded me saying that i was unreasonable and she don't want to talk to me, i was furious, wanted to get her superior number but she refused to give me the name and the contact number. She said loudly, she got customer in front of her, she cannot entertain me, EXCUSES ME! i am also her customer and i made all the payment as she requested. I JUST NEED TO KNOW THE STATUS! What a rude service! After the whole thing, i decided to launch a complaint to her superior by calling her office, finally knew that her superior will not allow customer to call her directly, and we have to go through the office, i wonder, if there is so, how can the management knew the bad attidude and services provided? i called to other branches trying to get the phone number of the superior, when i mentioned i need to complain a sales agent in main branch, immediately other branch personnel asked me is it kei kei that i wanted to complain, it was clearly stated to me that this kei kei, is indeed well known of her bad attitude. I feel so regret to apply maid there, felt like being cheated. I fairly commented, maybe the agensi has no problem, but if they are not going to concern about the services provided and willing to updates customer for information, their services is imcompatible compared to small agency.
Undeniable, find a trusted agency and agent are very important, I've hired maid for many years with several agencies and my current maid is from Sri Nadin who already worked with me for 4 year. Be fair to all agencies, we need to think in the middle way, there is a risk on hiring maid no matter what agency you chosen. I've met the problems too like maid not follow instruction and refuse to work, but luckily after counselled by agency my maid has changing her attitude and she finished 2 years contract with me. One of my maid ran away too after guarantee period, what can do? If you not accept the T&C of the agency then why you hire maid from them? Maids are human not product, no one can 100% guarantee the maid's quality. Human beings are fickle, they have emotion, attitude...etc.
We hired a maid for two years contract from Sri Nadin Lorong Yap Kwan Seng. After three to four months we received the chosen maid. She didn't wake up in time and refused to do her duties. After two months we were suppose to bring her for counselling but she ran away. The replacement maid came eight months later and also with the same attiude. But we tried to bear with her because of our aged mother. As time passed by she became worse until we had to take her for counselling. She became even worse after the counselling. When we questioned her she insisted on returning to Indonesia. We had no choice before the one year permit expired we had to send her back. In total we spent about RM28K. We have lost our money and time. My advice is that please think twice when choosing a proper agent. Even an ordinary agent who will charge have the amount will be a better choice.
This agency is a complete scam, after paying the full agent fees, the maid ran away after working for me a few months later, after awhile, I found out that she has been in the agency waiting for another employer.
Alas, I fell victim to her too. She changed her name to Vicky and by the time I found out she was KeiKei, it was too late. Until now, I am still waiting for my maid which I booked and fully paid 18 months ago.
