Spar Saveways review: Pizza department service

Today I went to do my groceries at Spar in Saveways Emalahleni on the 29th of August at around 10:00am. I love their service and their staff is very friendly, except for the lady who was working in the pizza department. When I got there, she was cleaning the pizza pans. I greeted her, she looked at me and ignored me and carried on cleaning the pans. I greeted her again, she ignored me until she finished cleaning the pans which was 5 minutes later. I was carrying a small baby and I had to wait for her to finish while my baby was restless. I honestly don't understand how she was trained or was she not briefed on the type of service or standards Spar serves its customers? If this is how she treats customers unfortunately I'd never recommend this service to anyone. On top of that the pizzas she made are raw and uneven.
