Southwest Building Solutions is a great company to work with and I recommend them to anyone wanting a quality building constructed by a quality trustworthy company. From John, the owner, to Sarah, my design consultant, to Mark, my construction supervisor: all the members of the Southwest Building Solutions team were always available, responsive, and professional when helping with my project. There was never a time from start to finish of the project that I felt Southwest Building Solutions wasn't looking out for my best interest. The 10,000 square foot finished building is absolutely perfect. Everything John and his team promised was delivered on schedule and completed with top quality. The crews were professional, detail oriented, and always left the site safe and clean. I did a lot of research and due diligence before choosing Southwest Building Solutions and now that the project is complete: I know I made the right choice. I am confident in recommending Southwest Building Solutions based on my experience with their entire team.

Good communication. Both Aaron and Chris kept us up to date on the process. There was quite a delay on getting garage doors installed due to this COVID BS, but they comped us a free opener for the delay. Nice building.

The floor turned out as I wanted. The building went up pretty fast. Its sound fit and finish is very nice. The doors work great. It came with commercial locks.if you see a problem they get right to fixing it. Im happy.

We have done a lot of projects over the last 25 years. SBS finished ahead of schedule and on budget. That was a first. Excellent quality and customer service. Aaron, Chris and the team are awesome to work with at every step.

Southwest Building Solutions is a great company to have build your metal RV garage or workshop. I used SBS to build a 4 car garage. Small by their standards, but they were able to handle everything from planning, engineering, drawings, permitting, ground prep and final build. Everything was executed very professionally and I was constantly updated with everything that was going on. The building looks awesome and blends nicely between the house and stables. I am a very happy owner of a garage / workshop/chillout space. I can 100% recommend the team. Matt and Jason at SBS were just brilliant to work with.

I highly recommend Southwest Building Solutions. Collin, our salesman, did a perfect job planning the shop of our dreams, and Jason, the project manager was very prompt and attentive to our questions and concerns that cropped up during the building process. The quality of the work was top-notch, from the site prep, to the concrete, to the final construction, to the garage doors. Everyone was courteous and conscientious as well as efficient, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. The only drawback is that they don't install plumbing or electrical services, but they build a terrific solid structure.

I found Southwest Building Solutions after doing extensive research on companies that build metal buildings in Arizona, and I am so glad that I did. I drove 200 miles (my choice) to visit SBS buildings because the salesman can tell me all day long about the quality of SBS buildings, but I wanted to see some buildings for myself. I was so impressed seeing the quality of the building materials, construction, and attention to detail of completed SBS buildings that I was immediately sold on the company. Fast forward to the present and my building exceeds all of my expectations, but now I also know that the employees at SBS are as quality as their product.
