About a month and a half ago I brought my Billy Goat lawn vac to them primarily to fix the hose holder on the machine, which had broken off. Secondarily I requested them to examine the starter or choke or whatever because instead of 3 pushes on the red button it was taking me over 20 to get the engine finally to turn over. Well today they called and told my wife it was all fixed and charged me $176.34. I drove 14.3 miles from my house to pick it up, and when I got home I found the bolt that was supposed to hold the vacuum hose was still broken - they never fixed it! Inconvenience, expense, and poor service is what I got.
