South River Mortgage review: Zero customer service

I obtained reverse mortgage from South River mortgage My agent was Donovan.. the loan was for over $5000 after all paperwork and the many approvals the loan finally closed. I did receive my check for over $5000 now there was a second loan for $2000. that was for any repairs that were need. no repairs were needed Donovan to le me I would get the second check within 2 weeks. now here comes the No Customer Service. I spoke the Donovan several timesHe said he would check into it. but never a call back to let me know what was going on. next Donovan disappears. I leave voice messages and text messages. absolutely no response now I speak with Andrew he going to find out what is going on. still no replies. no customer service. now I want to know where the money was spent. I asked to see the receipts. still no replies, how can this be happen, makes me think someone used the funds for their personal use. there was nothing transport about the later stages of this transaction. too many secrets. too many unanswered questions. not even one receipt. at all
Things do not add up with South River Mortgage. I need answers
