South Park Commons review: Remove charges

I lived at South Park Commons for 1 year 3/15/2021-3/19/2022. During the last 5-6 months living there I lost my job and had trouble paying the rent due to the pandemic. I applied to several agencies for assistance to help cover the balance owed. The landlord would not accept partial payments from these agencies that were offering to help pay down the balance. In frustration I wrote an email that was mean to explain my point of view. I was able to get another agency to pay the full amount. In retaliation for the email the landlord is charging me for carpet when there was not damage. I have contacted a lawyer and they did not respond my lawyers' letters. I called the office numerous times, and I was told someone would call me back. It has been 5 months since the first time I called and now they have sent the balance to collections without responding. I would like an investigation because it seems they are charging me for new carpet when the law says damages have to be beyond normal wear and tear. I have pictures, videos, witnesses, moving companies, I have my own shampooer and I have receipt of purchase, and evidence. As you can see in the picture, I have a big black carpet covering the original carpet.
