Lived at this property for 1 year. They are charging me for carpet that was not damaged. I have pictures of move out day. I contacted the office to have someone do an exit walk through, and no one was in the office on that day. As you can see, I have my own portal shampooer because I have a 4yr old. There was no damage that caused for a landlord to have brand new carpet after 1 yr, I did not get new carpet when I moved in. I tried contacting them several times to get this resolved and they did not respond to myself of my lawyers letters. I have those copies also. It will not let me download on here.
