Phoned the legal aid office in Bellville at the following times,09:30 and 09:45 but nobody answering the phones.
Tried at 10:25 and managed to speak to a lady named Amanda who gave me the exact same information as was given on May 7,2021 that an Attorney van As was going to court to get a "default judgement".
She would ask the attorney to phone me back in a day or two.
Still waiting for this call?
This case has been going on for almost 4 years with no end in sight but in the meantime the criminal who broke the law, as all criminals in the country do, gets away with it.
I was asked not to contact Hellopeter.com but if I do not approach them who is there to assist me if a government paid department takes forever to get my case ended.

At 10:00 phoned the Bellville office to ask why the attorney still had not phoned after 2 days.
The person who answered the phone said that Amanda would be back in office on February 21and there was nobody else to assist even after giving her the case number.

Phone the legal aid office at 09:05 to speak to Amanda but the person who answered, who said she was an attorney, was so unhelpful even after giving her the information she needed.
She had no idea of what was being said even after asking for my ID number.
This "attorney" took down my cellphone number and said she would pass the message on to Amanda who might phone me back.
After having about four attorneys "fighting" my case, the last being Attorney Xaba, I cannot understand why this case is dragging on as it is.
Names and contact details of the witnesses, people I did not know prior to the accident, were all given in my affidavit but nobody has been called to give evidence, why?
Is legal aid hoping I get tired of trying to have my vehicle repaired or are they not that concerned.
If one reads the many other complaints from previous people who have used the services of legal aid with negative results on the Hellopeter website then I worry as a retired old man of 83 if my vehicle will be repaired.
The Head Office surely should be aware of complaints being made.
