I purchased a Soundigital 2400.4 EVOX 4OHMS in May 2021 from your company. In December 2021, I opened a warranty claim and returned the defective item due to an unidentifiable noise from product. Soundigital did not replace defective item or provide store credit per warranty terms.
In May 2022, I received the defective item and I was surprised to see that the problem and situation had returned. I returned the defective item for a second warranty claim. Soundigital did not replace defective item or provide store credit per warranty terms.
In August 2022, I received the defective item and the problem and situation was still there. I opened a third warranty claim and returned the defective item due to the same recurring problem and situation. Soundigital did not replace the defective item or provide store credit per warranty terms.
In October 2022, I received the defective item and the problem and situation has not been resolved. Soundigital refuse to replace defective item or provide store credit per warranty terms.
I have received a defective product and that defect is in violation of either an express warranty provided by the manufacturer, or of a warranty implied by law. As per the warranty provisions of your company you are bound to replace such products with an original. If the defective item is sold out or discontinued, a store credit will be issued; or replacement under the DOA (Dead on Arrival) policy. Your company did not provide a replacement for the defective product in the warranty period as your policy dictates. Hence it is requested to take appropriate action as you’re your warranty rules.
Country of complaint: United States
