Good day

I would like to lay a complaint against the Somerset game Store.
At the beginning of March 2021 I went to Somerset and request the proof of payment for the TV that I bought on the 26 of March 2018 at Knysna Game store. Then they told me I need to provide the bank card number and copy of ID, which I've provide them and the also check the TV model number on their system and the confirm the TV was bought to game store. The lady who was assisting informed me that I will receive their call once the received the proof of payment. I then waited for their call for a month. After a month I decided to drive to Somerset game store to find out the progress and I was told by the same lady who assisted me that I am not the only one who requested the proof of payment therefore I should wait for them to call me back. I've asked the lady to give me the duration time she said she can't say she did not even bother to do follow up. It is so said to get the bad service after I bought most of my appliance from game. I really need this proof of payment as my TV was stolen from my house and it also requested from Court.

Please provide feedback as soon you received my complaint.
