No fun when you are cheated
Bottom line: it's just not fun to play any game when you feel cheated. Fun was my entire goal. So I'm deleting this and looking for another game.
Beautiful graphics and animations, along with interesting take on solitaire, make the actual gameplay fun. However, as others have stated, the game is rigged to ensure you will lose.
1. Once per hour, you will earn just enough coins to play one game if you collect the "harvest."
2. No matter what level you are on, the "reward" for winning is only slightly higher than the cost to play the level. On average, you will play each level a few times to win. For example: You spend $1k in credits to play, but I only earn $1.2k when you win. So, you really only earn $200 credits for winning a level. This means you have to win 5 levels to get one "free" game. They split the levels rewards by "credits collected" for streaks during the game and "level cleared" credits. The level cleared reward is always less than what you paid to play the level.
3. The "level cleared" reward GOES DOWN when you get lots of rewards for streaks. WHY! It is set up to keep you from ever earning enough to keep playing without buying credits. (I have lots of screen shots of this lower "level cleared" reward. It's so frustrating.)
4. Recently, they've added some games to give you more bonuses and rewards. I thought they were trying to make the game more fair. UNTIL TODAY.
Many of the challenges are impossible, but every once in a while they made one that was achievable. Today, the challenge is to collect 100 stars (you earn between 1-3 stars each time you complete a level, depending on how well you play).
The first time they offered this challenge, I was excited to see I could even earn stars toward this goal on levels already completed. So I dropped down to lower, easier levels and played the grind to work my way up to 100 stars, earning $40k credits. This reward amount will give me 8 "free" games on my current level. It's a lot of boring work, but since it's the only reward they offer, I thought it was worth it. However, TODAY they offered this challenge again.
Excited to see this, I completed a few high levels with 1-2 stars. 6 stars in hand and very few credits left, I dropped down to a low level to try to get some stars there. When I passed a level that previously had 3 stars, but only got 1 star on this win, THEY SUBTRACTED 2 STARS from my total. I hadn't played this level today-- it was probably weeks ago. I thought I was mistaken, so I tried another previously won level. 2 more stars subtracted. I would understand if I didn't earn stars for an early "3 star" game-- but losing stars!? I mean, come on. It's ridiculous.
5. I've bought lots of credits even though they were expensive because I enjoyed the game. But this was the last straw for me. If you want to log in once per hour all day to get enough credits to play a few 45-second games, enjoy! But don't expect fairness or any way of truly progressing. It's just not fun to play a rigged game.
I am done
I am finished with this game.
I have been a constant player, currently on level 14742, who plays about 8 hours a day.
Don’t get me wrong, I have loved this game but it is ridiculously expensive.
It gets more expensive the more you play.
I very much dislike reaching a certain level and everything starts costing more.
It should cost less.
The more we play, the more we tell others about the game, the more subscribers you get.
They should also allow you to keep/bank power ups that are unused, those you didn’t have to use to complete the game.
At my level it costs 374,400 to play a single game on the highest level.
126,400 just to play.
143,000 for clear playable cards power up
105,000 for remove 3 cards power up
If I need a wild power up or to add cards during the game it costs an additional,
253,100 for in game wild card power up
168,750 for in game add 5 cards power up
For an average 3 star win of only 135,440
I get 31,640 harvest tokens at my level, hourly (or half hourly if you win that bonus) which, if you stay up for 24 hours would be
378,680 for hourly harvest
759,360 for every 1/2 hour harvest.
So enough to play about 2 games a day.
On spins, you rarely get a good spin prize.
When you pay for the second spin, the best prize to get is the 2X for (used to be 60) 40 games. You only get that about once every 10 paid spins. That bonus helps you accumulate a decent balance to keep playing.
I play in all levels, normally with 2 power ups, clear playable cards and remove 3 cards, but I play the highest level when mini game requires it to earn credits.
I also play in the Masters League when there are no new levels to play.
I used to buy tokens and the first thing I would do is buy a certain amount of power ups to use in future games. That was fine.
As of the last update they have done on this game, I can no longer purchase multiple power ups at one time to use in those future games.
This is the second update that screwed with my game play by making changes to the purchase of power ups.
They also changed how you earn dice rolls in the mini games. You used to earn dice whenever you got a streak. You could earn more than one dice roll per game.
Now, some people immediately go to the mini game as soon as they have a dice to roll. I waited to use them all at once in the mini game.
As many games as I play, I would be able to earn 65-70 dice rolls out of every 100 games I played.
With the changes they made, that number of dice rolls has dropped down to maybe 10-15 after the same number of games played.
I used to be able to earn enough dice rolls to complete all levels of the mini game. Since they changed it, I haven’t been able to finish more than the second level. They have also slowed the number of packs from once every 3-4 games to once every 10-15 games.
I played 50 games so far today.
I earned only 15 dice rolls which got me one and 1/2 laps around the board and 4 card packs, all of which were duplicates.
I also went from having over 10,000,000 (yes ten million, I have no life) credits, to less than 2,000,000 credits in just a couple of hours.
At which point I have to decide if I am going to spend another $35 or more to keep playing.
Well, after they screwed with buying multiple power ups at once, I have decided. I am done.
This is Solitaire. Not high stakes poker.
I am competing against myself.
Yet I have no chance of breaking even.
Even in Vegas, slots pay out often enough to allow you to keep playing for a while and have a chance to still break even.
I will be playing out the last of my credits and deleting my account.
Salom yaqshimisiz menga pul tolmaydiku bu oyin sohta ekanku
This game is weird. The further down the game you get the more expensive the packages become. Even when you win you will get less coins than what you use to play a round. Its rigged to drain the coins in the hope you buy the expensive packages. The incentives totally vanish the further down the line you go, its pure greed by the developers.
