BEWARE BUYERS: The customer service and their communication with customers is much more worse than them not being able to deliever their product on time.

Failed to deliever product on the date in the contract.
Failed to respond to customer's calls.
Hung up on customer's calls several times when customer was trying to request to have deposit back.
Raised their voices and swored at customer.
Failed to give deposit back to customers (when they fail to deliever the product).

Totally unacceptable and unreasonable behaviours.
No wonder their rating from Better Business Bureau is F!

Horrible customer service, delivery is not time, constant excuses for why delivery is late, do not follow-up with calls, put people on hold and then leave the office, will NOT give you a refund (regardless if you have received product or not). WARNING - do NOT buy their products!

We purchased and paid $1800 CASH for a bedroom suite in May; it was to be delivered first week of July when we moved into our new place. STILL have not received the furniture and have now bought elsewhere. I WANT MY $1800. RETURNED! Pat Foran of CTV News did a feature on Angelo during the first week of September; does anybody want to take action against this person? It is not nice to take advantage of hard-working people!

I went through the same thing. I bought a sofa and two chairs from them. they gave me a mismatch set. Each is in a different color.
Kept calling. they told me about Ceaser's accident. Then Angelo in the hospital. I heard it all. Now I am trying to find him to give him a notice from the small claim court. I know where he lives, but i cannot find him.If anyone knows where he is going to open his new store.
We should all get together and do something.

I remember purchasing a dining table and sofa set in Jan '11 but didn't get these for months after repeated calling them. That wasn't all. They kept on making lies about how the delivery driver was in an accident and all. We kept calling and waiting and this was like a cat and mouse game. The dining table and some sofa set finally arrived but the rest wasn't. We had to call and attend the store just to come back empty handed. We finally went up and told the boss to cancel our stuff and took an expensive portrait and side table right at the store which pissed Angelo off.
This was an awful experience and I don't want others to go through the same thing. They lost their trust which is important in this business.

My son worked for Angelo and ceaser his son and never paid the poor kid.so what makes anyone think they care about you. I think they opened another store one dundas street beside leons in mississauga.they also took my sister deposit and she never got the furniture.I don't forget talking to Angelo .and his sneaky son.and ensuring me my sons check was in the mail how original..

I am in the same situation. We should all team up and sue this company together. Right now I am looking to see if the law qualifies their actions as fraud so I can call the police.

I totally agree with the above complaints. I was fooled for an entire week, being told that the furniture would be delivered from day to day, spent the entire week at home waiting for the delivery that never showed. My husband went to the store several times only to be told cheap excuses until the day where he was not alone, along with many other customers, he was able to wait at the store only to get part of our furniture. We were told that we would get the rest of the furniture within a couple of days but only to now find a sign at the door saying "Closed until further noticce". They are a scammers, do not buy anything from them. I feel cheated, robbed and now at a loss...

If anyone is still waiting for their furntiure, I have some bad news. We drove by there this past Friday (July 15th, 2011) and apparently the landlord shut them down. It looks like the ### didnt pay their rent, utilities, etc. Im still waiting for my furniture to be exchanged but I guess that wont be happening anymore... :(

I totally agree with all of you. This company now posts a notice on fron door "CLOSED till further notice".. I now feel that I have been scamed and lost my money + more other customers who I met at their offices with simmilar complaints of non delivery and non responsive to complaints. The officers of the company needs to be traced and caught by the police as these numerous complaints are now moving in the direction of FRAUD

We have bought the furniture from them and after eight months it started to crack. It is over a year now since the purchase and we are still trying to get them to replace the defective product. Constant excuses, it's has become a routine to call them and visit them. Buy their product AS IS. Buyer beware.

I totally agree with your comments. I finally receive my furniture’s after some time and they were broken, damaged and wrong parts came with delivery.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
The company has failed to deliver my furniture (still waiting for it), does not return phone calls, nor did they call to inform me that my furniture will be delayed, and will not give me a refund even though they have not delivered anything.
I have called them numerous times to inquire about the delivery, only to be put on hold (and in one instance the person put me on hold and left for the day) or told that they will get back to me, but never do.
!SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, AND DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I WISH I READ THESE BEFORE BUYING MY FURNTIURE THERE; I AM CURRRENTLY DEALING WITH ALL THE ISSUES LISTED ABOVE. THEIR COSTUMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, AND I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO REFRAIN FROM BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS!

They are big scammers. They try to take funds in advance and when it comes time for delivery they start to come up with verious illogical excauses, never call back, try to avoid communication and eventually try not to deliver the product. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I totally agree with what was said above.
If you decide to buy any piece of furniture, avoid going to this company, even if it means that you will spend a couple of dollars more to another store.
It simply doesn't worth dealing with this kind of people.
