I have been trying to delete my profile since Dec. 2025. They would remove it for a day or so and then it's back. Around Feb. 2026 it was removed for a month or so and I stopped checking. I just (April 29, '26) checked and it's back. I tried to opt out and it won't let me. I fill out the form and copy and paste the URL and it tells me that the URL is invalid. It's NOT. The absolute worst data broker company to deal with. Do not give them your money or information.
I have been trying to delete my info/profile per their opt-out page and emailing them MULTIPLE times. I have never been a customer. They acknowledge my requests and even state they deleted all info pertaining to me. My info is still up there. Their website claims they have a "BBB Accredited Business A+ Rating" when the BBB REVOKED their accreditation and rating 11/06/2025. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and FTC. I have left negative (but truthful) reviews on all the sites I can find.
I have filed complaints with: Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, my state Attorney General, CA Attorney General, and Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3). IC3 is part of the FBI for cyber-crime.

Same here. They keep denying my request, saying I can't opt out since I'm a third party. I am not a third party. I am requesting an opt out for myself. I get the same idiotic auto reply, and when I email them back, nothing happens. I've tried repeatedly. Last year they removed my info, and now it's all back - every address I ever lived dating back decades, age, everything. These people are criminals who are putting our privacy and safety at risk.
I never gave them my information, nor did I sign up with them. I've removed myself from dozens of people finder sites, and my opt outs have never been denied. Social Catfish needs to be taken down.
