Soapbox shampoo & conditioner
I purchased Soapbox from Sally's Beauty supply in Lexington,NC it was recommended to me by a woman who works there. I told her I don't go to stores like this usually and i don't buy more expensive products but wanted to see if it would help my dry hair. It didn't. It honestly made it worse. I tried it again on a trip I took to the mountains with my granddaughter and her family. Everyone said how soft the water was and their hair, but not mine. Second time, I lost a lot of hair trying to comb it. I live alone on SS and can't just throw away money. Please help. I have a receipt and pictures.
Sincerely Kathy Smallman
Desired outcome: I would just like my money back. You can have your products. Thank you
