This company promised it would price match the $40 difference in price after I sent in screenshots of the same item for less money. I wanted to cancel the order and place a new order on amazon, but they assured me they would credit my affirm account with the $40 difference.
I just spent 20 minutes on the phone with rep Jackie who said "no, we are not able to do that, how about a 6-month warranty extension?"
This infuriated me further. Not only was I blatantly lied to and deceived, but now they are just backpedaling.
Do yourself a favor and don't do business with this crappy company.
