Snap On Tools / Verdict review: garbage, waste of my $9000.00 1

I am an independant automotive repair facility. I work hard for my money and have built my business from the ground up. I believe in purchasing the best products/tools so that I may provide the best service to my customer. I recently purchased the new Snap On Verdict, approx. $9000.00 with tax. What a waste of my hard earned money and a waste of my customers patience as I have to constantly put them on the back burner while I wait for the " Verdict " to function at a level that I can complete diagnostics on vehicles. I spent approximately $15k with Snap On Tools last year and sure they answer my phone calls and walk me through fixing this piece of crap, but really should it need fixin' on a regular basis, should it require my time to fix their garbage, I have plenty of work to do without wasting hours of my time on a very expensive tool.
