I was repeatedly assured the implant brand would be Noble Biocare verbally and in writing on paper contract. The Smile Implant Center website has always displayed that "We use Nobel Biocare" for patients. After long wait, they bundled me all up and tied me aroung the chair like a prisoner, cover my eyes. They have already taken several photo shots of me, full and half length, copied my driver's license, very humiliating treatment. I heard the commotion, asuming Dr. Thomas came in. He apparently did not want you to see what he looks like. He inserted a cheap metal stick in my bone. This is a serious breach of Contract. Thomas Teich lied, cheated me.

I'm very disappointed with the service they provide in that dental place, I was humiliated, neglected and disrespected. I was suposed to get a zirconia bridge for 8000.00 they keep cancelling my appointments so I disputed 5000.00 that I paid with cc and got my money back the rest of my money I'm suing in small claims...What a nightmare I'm already seing another dentist who will finish what they left half way as if I was a piece of forniture...Do me a big favor don't put yourself in the hands of those people...they don't care about your health at all only your money.
